# Bayraktar Kızılelma – Stealth Jet-Powered UCAV
The Bayraktar Kızılelma (MIUS) is an advanced indigenous jet-powered unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) developed by Baykar Technologies. Designed for multi-role operations, it combines stealth, carrier compatibility, autonomy, and long-range combat effectiveness. As Turkey’s first stealth UCAV, Kızılelma represents a major step forward in next-generation air power.
With a low radar cross-section design and internal weapons bays, Kızılelma reduces detectability while maintaining heavy strike capability. Its structure is optimized for short-runway aircraft carriers and naval platforms, ensuring deployment flexibility.
The aircraft supports up to 1,500 kg of payload, including domestically produced precision-guided munitions. Its versatile design allows for both air-to-air and air-to-ground roles, making it suitable for a wide range of combat missions.
Powered by jet propulsion, Kızılelma achieves transonic speeds up to Mach 0.9 with an endurance of over 3 hours. It offers a combat radius of 926 km, a service ceiling of 45,000 ft, and high survivability in contested environments.
Equipped with a multi-mode AESA radar, EO/IR targeting systems, and IRST sensors, Kızılelma ensures superior situational awareness. Its LOS and BLOS communications enable operations beyond line of sight and network-centric warfare integration.
The system provides autonomous taxi, take-off, flight, and landing. Planned variants include subsonic, transonic, and supersonic configurations, offering scalability for diverse mission requirements.
