New DJI Delivery Drone FlyCart 100 Goes Global with 80-kg Payload Power
DJI
December 8, 2025 (SHENZHEN, China) – DJI has officially launched the FlyCart 100 (FC100) delivery drone for the global market, marking a major leap in payload capacity and operational capabilities. Building on the success of the FlyCart 30, the FC100 is designed for industrial, emergency response, and remote logistics applications, capable of carrying up to 80 kg for short distances or 65 kg over longer ranges.
“With the next-generation DJI FC100, we built a drone that can deliver more – in payload capacity, endurance, and safety – supporting a wide range of industries,” said Hao Jin, head of DJI Delivery Sales.
Key Features and Improvements:- Payload & Range: Up to 80 kg for 6 km in emergency mode; 65 kg for 12 km with dual-battery setup; max takeoff weight 149.9 kg.
- Power & Endurance: Dual-battery hot-swap system with ultra-fast charging and pre-heated 41Ah batteries for cold climates.
- Advanced Winch: 30-meter cable with automatic and manual release, retracting at 1.2 m/s for efficient loading/unloading.
- Safety & Redundancy: High-precision LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, penta-vision cameras, integrated parachute, IP55 rating, and wind resistance up to 12 m/s.
- Industrial-Grade Design: Operates in extreme environments including mountains, rivers, and coastal areas, with flight altitude up to 6,000 meters.
- Software & Fleet Management: DJI Delivery app for pilots and DJI DeliveryHub for fleet managers, supporting route planning, operational insights, and third-party payload integration.
The FC100 represents DJI’s commitment to scaling drone logistics, turning autonomous aerial delivery from an experimental tool into a practical, industrial-grade solution for global operations. (dronedj.com)
